摘要
钢丝绳具有自重轻、强度高、弹性好、柔软性好等特点,长期工作极少骤然断裂,是替代抽油杆的理想材料。钢丝绳承载初始有纯结构伸长,制成抽油绳时,应选用特型密封绳作预拉伸处理,并在表面涂覆防腐包层,使之防断脱、耐磨损和具有高回弹性能。钢质抽油绳工作寿命长,并能使井下泵柱塞超行程工作,提高单井产液量。在试用阶段,可利用现有井下和地面采油设备作油井试验,取得相关数据后,再进一步改进完善。
A steel cable with high strength, light weight, good elasticity and soft. andless breaking suddenly in work is an ideal material substituting pumping rods in lift pump. Because of the extent of pure construction at thebeginning of being loaded. the steel cable must be pretreated. and coated with anticorrosive paint to guard against breaking. to resist wear and to be high function of goingback. At the probation stage. the equipments of oil extraction in well and on ground can be used as oilwell test. an d made better further after getting relative data.
