摘要 对比分析了显微组分荧光测量的条件,并对影响显微组分荧光测量的因素进行了研究。认为选择BG3(中心波长436nm)+BG38激发系统与K490λ阻挡滤光片组合,无荧光浸油,50倍油浸物镜,激发光源辐射时间不超过2min的条件,显微组分荧光测量结果与镜质组反射率Ro及地球化学分析数据有良好的相关性。利用显微组分荧光参数可以标志显微组分生烃、排烃的演化过程,当显微组分光学性质发生第一次“跃变”,烃源岩则进入“生油窗”,而显微组分的荧光“淬灭”与烃源岩“石油窗”的结束相一致. The condition of maceral fluorescence measurement is comparatively analysed and its factor is also studied. In the measurement, it is suggested to choose BG3 (central wavelength of 436 nm) +BG38 exciter system, K490 λ block filter combination.nonfluorescence oil, 50×oil immersion objective, and the irradiation time less than 2 minutes. The results of maceral fluorescence measurement have a good relation to the vitrinite reflectance and to the data of geochemistry analysis. Maceral fluorescence measurement technique is used to study the evolutionary process of hydrocarbon generation explusion of some hydrogen-rich macerals. When the fluoresence properties of macerals occur in the first coalifation jump, source rocks enter 'oil window'. The fluoresence disappearance of macerals corresponds with the end of hydrocarbons generation 'window'.
