摘要 对江苏油田两口井的废钻井泥浆固化制砖进行了一系列试验,结果表明:①所制泥浆砖的机械强度可达到150号普通粘土烧结砖的标准;②耐久性良好,经15个干湿循环处理后,砖样完好光洁无崩溃剥落现象,其机械强度无明显变化;③泥浆砖的浸毒试验及制砖污水的总铬、化学需氧量低于国家环境污染控制指标.据估算,制砖成本与普通烧结砖市售价相比,可基本抵消甚至盈利,从而大幅度降低了废钻井泥浆处理费用. A set of experiments are done to make bricks by solidifying the drilling waste mud. The mud - bricks made are up to the standard of the common sintered - bricks in the mechnical strength. Processed through 15 cycles of drying and wetting. the mud bricks are still better and are not change in the strength. The values of the total chromium and the chemical oxygen demand of the wastewater resulted from the leaching tests and the brickmaking are lower than the controlling values of the environment. It is estimated that the cost of the mud - brickmaking is similar to or lower than that of the common bricks, which makes a decreases of treating cost for the drilling waste mud.
