摘要
根据聚合物溶液在孔隙介质中的渗流理论.提出了确定其有效粘度的方法;导出了孔隙介质中包含粘弹性因素的聚合物溶液有效粘度与剪切速率的关系式,该式适用于较广的速度范围;实验证实.聚合物溶液有效粘度由弹性粘度和剪切粘度组成;孔隙介质性质及聚合物溶液浓度对临界流交流速影响的研究表明,在油层流速条件下.聚合物溶液很可能出现拉伸流动和胀流型流变特征,因此在聚合物驱及数值模拟中应考虑粘弹性因素的影响。
method of testing the effective viscosity of polymer solution is presented,based on the flow theory of polymer through porous media. The relation between the shear rate and the effective viscosity of the POlymer is constructed, which includes the viscoelastic effect of polymer solution in porous media and can be used for a wide region of rate. The experiments proves that the effective viscosity of polymer solution is made up the elastic viscosity and shear viscosity. In this Paper the effect of the rock property and concentration of polymer solution on the critical rheological rate is invedignted. The results show that strain flow probably appears in the reservoir flow rate regions, thus the effect of viscoelasticity must be considered in POlymer flooding.
