江苏省2010年矿产勘查业展望

Prospect for the Mineral Exploration by the Year of 2010 in Jiangsu Province

勘查业是国民经济建设的基础产业。提高矿产资源对我省2010年经济建设保证程度,加强矿产勘查工作,对我省经济建设,将起着重要作用。本文将1987年勘查补登记工作开展以来,至1993年底,通过对7年来勘查登记工作的回顾、总结、分析,提出我省今后矿产勘查业发展战略和总的建议。

Abstract: Although the mineral industry have made a great achievement in Jlangsu > there are many problems in the exploration .management and development of minerals in recent years. Based on the statistics and analysis for the registration, certification and performance of items since 1987, the author discusses the tasks faced by Jiangsu exploration units and puts forward some solution measures and suggestions. Through a macroscopic control and good adjustment to the industrial structure, a clever and capable geological prospecting party should be established t the prospecting and exploration to the shortage minerals including coal, petroleum, natural gas, iron, copper, gold, silver, sulfur and phosphorus must be strengthened by enchancing investigation level of fundamental geology and exploration intensity. The line management of geological exploration in Jiangsu Province must be enhanced by the reasonable adjustment, to the structure of geological exploration. As the increment of difficulties for ore prospecting, the technical education and knowledge regeneration of geological technicians as well as application of new methods and technologies are very important. The geological exploration, as a preceeding work of economic construction, should fit in with the requirements of the economic development in Jiangsu. It is necessary to reach a coordinated development among fundamental geology, mineral geology and environmental geology as well as the arrangement of mineral exploration in accordance with the geological conditions and the distribution of economic construction.
