摘要
本文结合１９９２年江苏省金工课程评估情况，从调动教师积极性、师资培养、科研工作及调动学生学习主动性等方面，介绍了我院金工教研室在课程建设方面开展工作的情况及采取的一些措施。
This paper introduces the achievements and measures of our Metal Technics Teaching and Research Section on courses construction,in combination with the results of appraisal on Metal Technics organized by Jiangsu Province in 1992, and in the light of how to arise the teacher's initiativeness,how to train the teachers.how to carry on research.how to arouse the student's initiativeness.
