摘要
提出了一种大螺距螺杆的ＣＮＣ高速切削加工方法，并对加工设备的构成，ＳＲＸ与工件螺旋方向的合理配正，砂轮的自动修整以及加工工艺等问题作了探讨。
In this paper,a CNC hish-speed cutting method is developed for long-pitch screw,And deaIt with are the following problems:constitution of the machine tool,rational disposition among the direction of SRX and the screwing direction of the workpiece,auto-rectification of the grinding wheel,and ma-chining technique in the screw manufacture.
