摘要
讨论了注塑模冷却时间计算公式,分析了充模过程中模具温度变化的主要传热形式。在不同的冷却状态下,应用微机系统进行采集和处理,研究模具温度的变化,对注塑模冷却水流速的控制、冷却水孔直径大小的选择及冷却管道的排布提出了建议。
The authors deal with the formula for comparing the cooling time,ana-lyze the main forms of heat transfer in variation in temperature during moulding。Under the different cooling conditions,the date acquisition and processing are made on a microcomputer,and the variation of temperature in moulding.Finally suggestions are made for the improvement of the arrangement of the cooling wat-er piping in the mould and selection of its velocity.
