摘要
用厌氧附着膜膨胀床工艺中温(28℃)处理平均COD 浓度为2553mg/l 的啤酒废水,在水力停留时间6h,有机负荷10.21 kgCOD/m^3·d的条件下,COD 去除率达96.20%,容积产气率达5.15m^3/m^3·d,废水经一次处理即可低于100 mg COD/l的国家排放标准。将水力停留时间缩短到3h,有机负荷可增至138 kg COD/m^3·d,容积产气率提高到6.25 m^3/m^3·d,COD 去除率稳定在90%以上。该工艺对低温有较好的适应性。
The anaerobic attached microbial film expanded bed process was studiedwith the brewery wastewater.When influent COD concentration was averagely2553 mg/l,operating temperature 28℃,HRT 6 hours and COD loading 10.21kg/m^3·d,the percentage of COD removal attained 96.20%,volumetric biogasproduction rate 5.15 m^3/m^3·d and the effluent COD concentration was below100 mg/l.When HRT was shortened to 3 hours and COD loading increasedto 13.08 kg/m^3·d,the percentage of COD removal could be kept more than90%.The AAFEB process was adaptable to lower operating temperature.
