摘要
本文探讨了对新海电厂水力除灰系统中氟的来源及产生过程,从热力学基本原理分析了CaF_2沉淀的可能性。文章认为利用系统本身的Ca^(2+)和pH 高而使CaF_2沉淀是降低F^-浓度的途径,同时分析了灰水管前处理、高pH 闭路运行使氟含量趋于稳定的原因。
The origin of fluorine and the producing process of F^- in hydraulicdelivery system of coal ash in the fuel electric plant at Xinghai were stud-ied in this paper.The possibility of formation of precipitate CaF_2 wasdiscussed on the basis of thermodynamical principle.The result showed thatit is possible to reduce F^- content by making use of the high Ca^(2+) contentand high pH value of water containing coal ash.In addition,the causeswere found that the treatment of water containing coal ash prior to enter-ing carrier pipe and closed circulation under high pH condition could makeF^- content in discharge water tend to a lower and stabe value.
