摘要
将鸡马立克氏病毒(MDV)血清Ⅱ型Z_4毒株500个空斑形成单位(PFU)与MDV血清Ⅲ型FC_(126)毒株1000PFU组成鸡马立克氏病(MD)二价疫苗,免疫对MD高度易感的P系SPF白来航鸡,设301B/1+FC_(126)二价疫苗,Z_4,301B/1和FC_(126)3种单价疫苗免疫组做对照,以MDV超强毒Md_5毒株(vvMDV-Md_5)攻击。结果表明:Z_4+FC_(126)和301B/1+FC_(126)2种二价疫苗均能给免疫鸡提供较强的免疫效力,而3种单价疫苗则不能给免疫鸡提供对vvMDV-Md_5毒株攻击的有效保护力。
The protectivc cfficacy of the bivalcnt vaccine containing 500 PFU Z_4 and 1000 PFU FC_(126) was assaycd in P line(B19/B19)SPF Whitc Lcghorn chickcns which arc highly susccptivc toMarek's discase.The result showed that the bivalent vaccine containing Z_4+FC_(126) could give effectiveprotective potency to the chickens challcnged with very virulent Marek's disease virus Md_5 strain(vvMDV-Md_5),and there were no obvirous diffcrcnce between the bivalent vaccine including Z_4+FC_(126)and 301 B / 1+ FC_(126) with rcspect to their protective potencies. But monovalent vaccines including Z_4,301B / 1 and FC_(126) vaccine could not effectively protect chickens from challcnge of vvMDV-Md_5。
