番茄早疫病菌生物学特性及致病力研究 被引量:20

摘要 在PSA上菌丝灰白色至灰褐色,部分菌株可产生黄色素渗入培养基。菌落生长5d直径为54~70mm,最适生长温度为23~28℃,最适pH为6~8。菌株通常在PSA上不产孢,但在玉米粉培养基上,经光照和变温处理,产孢较多。分生孢子在25℃、湿润条件下萌发率较高。不同地区菌株间致病力有明显差异。 Some biologlcal and pathogenical characters of Alternaria solani (Ell.et Mart)Jones etGrout.on tomato in Jiangsu Province of China are reported in this paper.The hyphae on PSA were grey-white or grey-brown。 Some isolates could produce yellow pigment into media. The colonial diarneter was 54~70mm after the isolates were cultured for 5 days. Opt.temperature was 23 ~ 28℃ and opt. pH 6~8.They did not produce conidia on PSA in generall, but could form many conidia on cornmeal medium throughthe treatments of light and temperature-change. The conidia germinated very well under the condltions ofdampness and 25℃, There were differences in pathogenicity among the isolates from different regions.
