亚洲棉（G．arboreumL．）种子醇溶蛋白质电泳谱带与分类关系

Study on Electropherograms of Alcohol-soluble Seed Proteins in Gossypium arboreum Races in Relation to Taxonomy

采用ＩＳＴＡ醇溶蛋白质聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法分析亚洲棉（Ｇ．ａｒｂｏｒｅｕｍＬ．）６个地理族系的３０个品种。结果表明，蛋白质电泳谱带不仅在族系间存在差异，而且同一族系的不同品种间也存在分类差异，谱带既有区别，又有部分相同之处，因而具有一定的亲缘关系。

The alcohol-soluble seed proteins of 30 varieties of 6 geographic races of Gossypium arboreum (A2)were analysed by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis recommended by ISTA(International Seed Testing Association).According to differences in the number,band patterns and migration rates of bands,four regions were defined in the electropherogram.Itwas found that not only each race but also each variety within a race had its characteristic protein band pattern.However,the fact that there are 9 bands of different patterns distributed In common in each electropherogram and several varieties are identical with each other in one or more bands indicates that there exist both difference and affinity among the varieties as well as races of G.arboreum.The band number in the G.arboreum races increased in the sequence of soudanense,bengalense,sinense,indicum,burmanicum and cernuum.
