关于白檀开发利用价值的研究

白檀是一种耐干旱瘠薄，根系发达，固土能力强，分布面极广的水土保持树种。本研究在广泛调查的基础上，进行了白檀种子及叶片等方面的成分分析。结果表明：它们含有氨基酸１７种，其中人体必需的７种，还有较多利于健康的微量元素。其种子含油量约为３０％，且多是不饱和脂肪酸，经过提炼后，是较理想的食用油．另外，叶片含有ＶＣ２２．３６ｍｇ／１００ｇ，粗蛋白为１２．７８％～１３，８５％，粗纤维为１６．２５％是较好的能量饲料。由于其资源相当丰富，有着广泛的开发前景．

Paniculata is a kind of soil conservation tree,with strong ability of stabilization of soil,has drought and sterile resistance,developed root systemand is of wide distribution.Based on extensive investigation,this research isengaged in the constitution analysis of the seeds and leaves of S.paniculata theresult shows that both of them contain seventeen amino acids,among them sevenamino acids are necessary to human body,and many healtbful microetements.Theseeds of S.paniculata contain 30%oils,and many of them are unsaturated fattyacids.Theyare an ideal edible oil through refinement.In addition,the leave con-tains Vitamin C 22.36mg/100g,raugh protein 12.78一13.85%and rugh fibre 16.2,5%it is a kind of good fodder.As it has fairly abundant resouces,S.panicul.possessbroadprospects ofexploitation.
