柘林大坝砼防渗墙施工组织设计概要

柘林土坝由于设计标准偏低、坝身和坝基存在质量问题，经批准增建砼防渗墙。现就满足施工和大坝安全条件下的坝顶削挖高程、施工期内控制蓄水位、施工中的坝体稳定校核、悬挂式砼防渗墙的施工安全、特殊池段防渗墙施工、材料试验和选择作了概要介绍。
