经食道超声诊断体肺循环栓塞栓子的心内来源

Transesophageal Echocardiography in the Diagnosis of Intracardiac Emboli of Systemic or Pulmonary Embolism

应用经食道超声心动图（TEE）对5例体肺循环栓塞病人进行了栓子来源的研究，发现心内血栓2例和心辩膜赘生物3例。TEE较经胸超声心动图（TTE）诊断心内血栓和辩膜赘生物敏感而可靠。

5 patients with systemic or pulmonary embolism were studied with biplane transesophageal echocar diography (TEE). The results showed that intracardiac thrombus in 2 cases and vegetations of cardiac valve in 3 cases. The TEE is more sensitive and reliable than the transthoratic echocardiography (TTE) in the diagnosis of intracardiac thrombus and vagetations of cardiac valve. the TEE is very valuable in determining the source of in tracardiac emboli of systemic or pulmonary embolism.
