摘要
水利水电工程建设对洪水的影响已成为一个不可避免的现实问题。针对这种情况,本文主要探讨:(1)洪水系列资料是否存在一致性的检验;(2)当系列缺乏一致性时,以什么标准进行还原;(3)还原计算的方法;(4)若用非一致性系列资料推求设计洪水,将会产生的偏差。
The effect of building water conservancy and hydropower project on the flood has become an inevitable real problem. In the light of such a situation, this paper discusses: (1) whether the consistency of flood series data should be examined; (2) how to determine the restoration criterion for a flood series; (3) the method for calculating restoration; (4) the deviation of the calculation of designed flood due to the use of an inconsistent flood series.
