摘要 本文报道了对水稻细菌性条斑病Xanthomonascompestrispv.orgzicola(Fangeral)Dye抗性鉴定方法的研究结果,通过人工接种及大田调查,明确了水稻细菌性条斑病在苗期比成株期感病;针刺与喷雾两种方式在显症率上没有明显差异,且病情严重度呈极显著正相关;明确了接种浓度应不低于每毫升9×10 ̄7个细菌,从而总结出了一种人工接种鉴定水稻品种抗细菌性条斑病的方法:即在水稻苗期于中午以强致病力细菌性条斑病菌株配成每毫升9×10 ̄7个细菌以上浓度菌液喷雾接种。 The experiment of the artificial inoculation and investigation in the field showed that :1.the seedilng stage of rice was more susceptible than the adult stage to Xanthomonas campestris pv.oryzicola, and the apparent infection rate before heading was 6.4 times that after heading ;2.the diseaseseverity by needle inoculation had significantly pcoitive relation to that by spray inoculation;3.thedisease from the inoculation at noon was severest during the all fine day;4.there was fewer lesionswhen the suspension of the bacterium for the inoculation was fewer than 9×10 ̄4 living cell units/ml.Therefore it is suggested that the method to indentify the disease resistance should be the sprayinoculation with more over 9×10 ̄7 living cell units/ml susponsion at noon during the seedling stage.
