摘要
由Ｌ－丝氨酸、Ｌ－苏氨酸与氯乙醇在碱性条件下反应，分别合成得到具有手性的螯合中心配体Ｌ－Ｎ，Ｎ－双（２－羟乙基）丝氨酸和Ｌ－Ｎ，Ｎ－双（２－羟乙基）苏氨酸。用ＦＴ－ＩＲ，ＨＮＭＲ，ＦＡＢ－ＭＳ等对它们进行了结构鉴定，并测定了它们的溶解热及质子化热力学函数。
Two reagents as chirality ligand, L-N, N-bis(2-hydroxyethyl) serine and L-N, N-bis ( 2-hydroxyethyl) threonine, were synthesed by reactions of L-serine and L-threonine respectively with 2-chloroethanol in the presence of base. Molecular structres were characterized by FT-IR,HNMR and FAB-MS. The enthalpies of solution and protonation-thermodynamic functions were determined.
