摘要
栀子花具芽茎段在适宜浓度的BA,Kt与NAA的MS培养基中,可获得增殖芽丛。切割芽丛继代培养进行苗的增殖。NAA利于出根,IBA有助于根的伸长。20d试管苗生根率达100%,小苗移栽成活率达85%-90%。
When stem segments with shoot of Gardenia var. grandiflora Mak were cultivated in the MS medium supplemented with suitable concetration of BA, Kt or NAA, budlets for multiplication were obtained. Cutting the budlets in vitro into several segments and subcultured, budlets of multiplication developed. NAA favored the root growing.IBA increased the root length. The root growing rate of tube-seeding was 100% after 20 days and the transplanted seeding had a survival rate 85%-90%.
