摘要
讨论了生产线上环境光对ＣＣＤ检测的影响及其解决办法。利用ＣＣＤ输出信号中的测试像元信号控制光源直流供电电压，构成ＣＣＤ自动调光光源，以保证ＣＣＤ光敏面的暴光量略小于饱和暴光量，提高ＣＣＤ检测输出信号的信噪比。
The treatise discusses how natural light beams influencing the CCD detection and it's solving mothods on production line.Utilizing the picture element signs which come from CCD output signs on the detection to control DC voltage for light source, the CCD auto-adjusting light source can be composed in order to make sure the exposure value on the lightsharp surfoce is a bit smaller than the saturated exposure value and to increase the radio of signal to noise on CCD detection output sign.
