杂交水稻对细菌性条斑病抗性遗传研究

NHERITANCE OF RESISTANCE TO BACTEKIAL LEAF STREAK IN HYBRID RICE

对我国常用的９个恢复系和７个不育系所配组的１３个杂交稻组合的Ｐ＿１，Ｐ＿２，Ｆ＿１，Ｆ＿２和Ｂ＿１Ｆ＿１５个世代抗水稻细菌性条斑病的遗传规律进行分析，结果表明７个不育系均不含抗病基因，恢复系测４９和测６４含两对主效基因，密阳４６和秀５含１对主效基因，辐２６，２３７４，１０２，桂３３和５９４不含抗病基因。抗病对感病为显性。

The experiment with a strain of Xanthomonas campestris pv. oryzicola(Fang et al)Dyeinoculating rice plants of P_1,P_2,F_1,F_2 and BF_1 generations from 13 crosses derived frorn 9common restorer lines and 7 sterile lines showed that these sterile lines had no resistance genes(RG);restoress Che 49 and Che 64 had 2 major RG, Miyang 46 and Xu 5 had l major RG,Fu26,2374,102,Gui 33 and 594 bad no RG,The RG was dominant.
