摘要
对我国常用的9个恢复系和7个不育系所配组的13个杂交稻组合的P_1,P_2,F_1,F_2和B_1F_15个世代抗水稻细菌性条斑病的遗传规律进行分析,结果表明7个不育系均不含抗病基因,恢复系测49和测64含两对主效基因,密阳46和秀5含1对主效基因,辐26,2374,102,桂33和594不含抗病基因。抗病对感病为显性。
The experiment with a strain of Xanthomonas campestris pv. oryzicola(Fang et al)Dyeinoculating rice plants of P_1,P_2,F_1,F_2 and BF_1 generations from 13 crosses derived frorn 9common restorer lines and 7 sterile lines showed that these sterile lines had no resistance genes(RG);restoress Che 49 and Che 64 had 2 major RG, Miyang 46 and Xu 5 had l major RG,Fu26,2374,102,Gui 33 and 594 bad no RG,The RG was dominant.
