抗肠结肠炎0∶9型耶尔辛氏菌单克隆抗体及其特性的研究

PRODUCTION AND CHARACTERIZATION OF MONOCLONAL ANTIBODIES TO YERSINIA ENTEROCOLITICA SEROTYPE0∶9

用耶尔辛氏菌０：９血清型（Ｙ．ｅ．０：９）抗原免疫的ＢＡＬＢ／Ｃ小鼠脾细胞与ＦＯ骨髓瘤细胞进行融合，获得９株分泌特异性抗Ｙ．ｅ．０：９抗体的杂交瘤细胞，命名为Ｙ＿９Ａｂ－ｌ～Ｙ_９Ａｂ－９．其产生的单抗有高度特异性，不仅不与布氏杆菌、大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌等反应，也不与其它型（０：４１．４２除外）的肠结肠炎耶尔辛氏菌反应。

Nine hybridoma cell liiies secreting specific antibodies to Yersinia enterocolitica serotype0:9(Y. e. 0:9 ) were established by fusing mouse myloma cell line FO and spleen cells fromBALB/C mice immumized with the celluar or soluble antigens of Y.e.0:9.They werenamed Y_9Ab-1 to Y_9Ab-9, The McAbs did not show any cross-reaction with otherserotypes of Y.e.(except Y.e.0 :41,42) or other bacteria tested.
