摘要
用LI-6200便携式光合仪田间测定36个品种功能叶净光合强度(P_n)及有关因子的结果:邻水红顶家麻等品种平均P_n>15.6μmolm高P_n品种CO_2通量、胞间CO_2浓度和气孔导度均较高,而气孔阴力和气孔限制值较低;影向P_n的主要因子是相对湿度和气孔导度(正相关).及气孔阻力(负相关)。
Tbe net photosynthesis(P_n)of functional leaves and its related ecophysiobgical factors of36 ramie varieties were tested in the field with LI-6200 portable photosynthesis system,andthe resuIts were as follows:Variety Liiishui Hongdingjama and Litiyang Jigubai etc.showedthe highest Pnvalues, more than 15.6μmol m ̄(-2)s ̄(-2).The varieties with higher P_n had highervalues of CO_2,conductance,intercellufar CO_2 concentration and stomatal conductance,and lower stomatal resistance and stomatal limit.The signiflcant factors to Pnwere reIative humidity-and stomatal conductance(positive),and stomatai resistance (negative).
