井冈山产黄樟叶精油的化学成份 被引量:10

摘要 江西井冈山产的黄樟Cinnamomumporrectum(Roxb.)Kosterm.鲜叶经水蒸汽蒸馏得到精油CP,应用气相色谱/质谱/计算机联用仪进行了定性、定量分析,共检出42个化学成份,已鉴定出31个成份,占精油总量的98.23%,根据现有资料,黄樟叶油已有脑樟、按叶油素、黄樟油素、柠檬醛、芳樟醇、水芹烯6种化学类型。本文报道的这个化学型,应属于桉叶油素类型,其主成分桉叶油素含量为66.8%,但精油中不含樟脑、黄樟油素、柠檬烯、癸醛、茨烯等化学成份,为该化学类型的一种新亚类型。这一发现为进一步开发利用黄樟精油提供了新的科学依据。 The essential oil CP can be obtained from fresh leaves of Cinnsmomum porrectum(Roxb.)Kosterm,growing in Jinggang Mountains,Jiangxi Province by steam distillation. ByGas chromatograph/Mass Spectrometry/Digital Computer combination,altogether 42 Chemi-cal constituents were isolated.Among them,31 constituents were identified,their content ac-counted for 98.23%of the essential oil.According to available information,there are six typesbelonging to the essential oil from leaves of C. porrectum,namely Camphor type,Cineoletype,Safrole type,Citral type,and Phellandrene type.The chemical type reported in this paper is the cineole type.Cineole is the main chemicalconstituent,its content accounted for 66.18%in the essential oil.But the essential oil doesn’tcontain the constituents,of camphor,safrole,lemonene,decylaldehyde,camphene etc.It is anew subtype of the chemical type.This discovery will provide new scientific basis for further exploitation and utilization ofthe essential oil of Cinnamomum porrectum.
