摘要
跌落于高压静电场内的水稻种子在场效应作用下,发生沿电场方向的位移,在同一高度下不同种子分离的距离有很大的差异,理想分离区的水稻种子其发芽率及发芽势得到明显的改善,实验结果表明,种子活力提高的机理在于理想分离区的水稻种子,其a-淀粉酶、蛋白酶及电导均得到明显的改善。
Falling into the high voltage electrostatic field,the
rice seeds under the circumstance ofthe field effect displace in the direction of the field,the
separating distances of variant seedsvary greatly at the sarne height.Within the
ideal.separating area the rice seeds’germinativepercentage and force are improved
obviously.The experimental results show that the mecha-nism of the rise of the seeds’
viability lies in the obvious imorovement of the seeds’a-amylase,proteinase and electric
conductance.
