摘要
静稳定性对飞行器的方案设计具有十分重要的意义,可是,在地效区中飞行的冲翼艇的纵向静稳定性究竟应当如何表示,至今尚无定论。本文首先指出m_z/θ<0和C_y/h<0都不能表示其纵向静稳定性,接着又从物理概念出发引出了特征量J_1和J_2((16)和(17)式),并论证了用它们表示纵向静稳定度的正确性。此外,J_1和J_2对动稳定性和操纵性也都具有重大影响。
This paper point out that neither nor can indicate perfectly the longitudinal static stability of ram wing vehicles flying within the ground effect region. Then characteristic quantities J1 and J2 were deduced which degree of longitudinal static stability by physical idea. The relation ship between these quantities and dynamic stability or maneuverability was discussed. J1 and J2 play a very important role in dynamic stability and maneuverability.
