摘要
通过对１１种畜禽常见致病菌的药敏试验表明，氟呢酸的ＭＩＣ１００为０．１～３．１３ｕｇ／ｍｌ，是庆大霉素的１／２～１／６４，痢菌净的１／４～１／６４。氟派酸的ＭＢＣ１００为０．２～６．２５ｕｇ／ｍｌ，与其ＭＩＣ１００相差悬殊，杀菌性不好。
Through drug sensitive trial of ll kinds of usual animal and poultry germs,the mini mal inhibitory Concentratons( MIC100)of Norfloxacin were 0.1～3.13ug per ml,which werel/2～1/64 of Gentamicin and 1/4～1/64 of Lijujing(3-methyl 2 acetyl Quinoxaline 1,4 dioxide)The minimal bactericidal concentration(MBC100)of Norfloxacin were.2～6.25ug per ml,which were far higher than it's MIC100,so bactericidal acfion of Norfloxacin weren't strong.
