摘要
在动态切削时,动态切削力解析模型是由切削力变量的合力推导的.动态切削力可以用静态切削系数或动态切削系数来表示,这两种系数都可由穗态切削数据来确定。本文验证了提出的模型,颤振分析是在一个两自由度的切削系统中进行的,并证明了从理论上预测的稳定性极限与由试验获得的极限切削宽度完全一致。
The analytical model is derived from the fact that the resultant cutting force varies in dynamic cutting. The dynamic cutting forces are expresed by the static cutting coefficients and dynamic cutting coefficients both of which can be determined from static cutting data. In this paper,to verify the proposed model,the chatter stability analysis was conducted on a cut-ting system with two degrees of freedom. Good accord was proved between the stability limits predicted by the theory and the critical widths of cut obtained from experiments.
