摘要
企业SWOT分析是现代西方国家采用的战略管理方法。本文将企业SWOT分析发展到产品SWOT分析与其战略管理,结合经营管理实践,提出并论证了多种或系列产品SWOT综合分析方法和组合优化对策,探求了产品SWOT模糊综合评价模式。特别适合商品竞争时期多种经营或系列生产的大型企业,用于产品分析及其战略管理。
SWOT analysis of enterprise is adopted by the modern western world as a strategic managerial means.This paper develops the analysis of enterprise SWOT to product SWOT analysis and the stratigic managmcnt,based on years of management practice,a comprehen-sive analysis method and combining optimization solutions of varied or serial products SWOT are presented and demonstrated in this paper.A fuzzy and comprehensive model of evalution is duscussed.It is well suited for large enterprises of diversified economy and production dur-ing period of commercial competition,where they can be used in products analysis and strate-gic management.
