摘要
采用蛙红细胞制成的放射性生物微球测量了11只成年家兔股骨的区域性血流量,股骨头0.1880±0.0475ml·min ̄-1·g ̄-1,股骨干0.0821+0.0249ml·min ̄-1·g ̄-1,干骺端0.1524±0.0619ml·min ̄-1·g ̄-1。这一结果不仅与85Sr廓清洁相近,也准确地反映了股骨的血流分布特征。实验结果表明,放射性生物微球技术测量兔股骨区域性皿流量是可行的。同时讨论了弥补生物微球放射性低这一缺点的方法。
Bio-microspheres made from frog red blood cells were used to measure regional blood flowrate of fenur in 11 rabbits. The results were 0.1880±0. 0475ml . min-1. g-1 in the femoral head, 0.0821±0.0249ml . min-1 . g-1 in the femoral shaft and 0.0524±0. 0619ml . min-1. g-1 in the metaphyses region. They were not only close to the values measured with 85Sr clearance, but also showed exactlythe feature of blood distribution in the fefnur. Inconclusion , by using the bio-microsphere technique it wasable to measure the regional bone blood flow rate in rabbits. We also disscused some methods to avoid thedisadvantage of bio-microspheres , lower radioactivity , in measurement.
