摘要
为进一步认识门脉高压性胃粘膜病变特点，利用透射电子显微镜对１４例肝硬变食管静脉曲张病人及７名健康成人胃体上部胃粘膜进行了对比观察。发现门脉高压病人胃粘膜微静脉增多且管腔扩大；毛细血管内皮细胞肿胀导致管腔狭窄和基底膜增厚；粘膜下层动－静脉短路等特征。作者认为上述改变可能为肝硬变门静脉压力增高所致。
The alterations in mucosa of upper gastric body in 14 cases of liver cirrhosis with portalhypertension and 7 endoscopically normal subjects without chronic liver diseases were observed by trans-mission electron microscope. In liver cirrhosis with portal hypertension cases,venules in gastric mucosawere remarkably increased and dilated. Marked hypertrophy of capillary endothelium resulted in the re-duction of lumens. Basement membrane was thickened. Submucosal arteriovenous communications in-creased in number. We believe that they are caused by the gradual increase of portal venous pressure incirrhotic patients.
