内毒素血症中降钙素基因相关肽的变化及其对血流动力学的影响 被引量:2

CHANGES IN PLASMA CALCITONIN GENE-RELATED PEPTIDE AND ITS EFFECTON HEMODYNAMICS IN ENDOTOXINEMIA

摘要 观察了内毒素血症时血浆降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)的变化及其与血流动力学改变的关系。结果表明,用辣椒素抑制CGRP再注射内毒素时,血浆CGRP的释放量仅为内毒素血症对照组的39.1%,同时动物的平均动脉压(MAP)、中心静脉压(CVP)和总末梢阻力(TPR)的降低幅度明显减少(分别为87.50±6.57,3.87±0.88,3.04±0.27kPa)。当再次注射CGRP时,随着血浆CGRP含量的增加,MAP、CVP和TPR又明显降低(分别63.75±5.18,0.60±1.53,2.28±0.28kPa)。3组动物的血浆CGRP变化差值与MAP的变化差值呈显著的负相关(分别为r=-0.8390,r=-0.8368,r=-0.9564;P<0.05,0.05,0.01),但与CO的变化差值无相关(分别r=0.3751,r=-0.2578,r=0.2258;P>0.05)。提示内毒素血症CGRP直接参与对血流动力学改变的作用,但并不直接影响心肌功能的改变。 We studied both the changes in plasma calcitonin gene-redlated peptide (CGRP) and therelation between plasma CGRP and changes in hemodynamics in rat endotoxinemia. It was found that thequantity of CGRP released by LPS was only 39. 1% of control endotoxinemia group , when CGRP was in-hibited precedently by capsaicin, and meanwhile, the range of depression of mean arterial pressure(MAPi , central venous pressure (CVP) and total peripheral resistance (TPR) was abated significantly(87.50±6.57, 3. 87±0. 88, 3. 04±0. 27kPa , respectively3. When CGRP was given again , the level ofMAP, CVP and TPR dropped significantly (63. 75±5. 18, 0. 60±1. 53, 2. 28±0. 28kPa , respectively)following the increasing levels of plasma CGRP. A negative correlation was found between the differencevalues of plasma CGRP and that of MAP (r=0. 8390, r=0. 8368, r=-0. 9564;P<0.05 , <0. 05,<0. 01 , respectively),whereas a correlation was not found between the difference value of plasma CGRPand that of CO (r= 0. 3751 , r=-0.2578, r=0. 2258;P>0. 05 respectivelyi in three groups. We con-clude that plasma CGRP exerts direct effect on hemodynamics out it shows on direct influence on myocar-diac function in endotoxinemia.
