C－myc基因表达水平与骨髓增生异常综合征临床特征的相关性分析

CORRELATIVE ANALYSIS BETWEEN THE LEVELS OF C-myc GENE EXPRESSIONAND THE CLINICAL FEATURES IN MYELODYSPLASTIC SYNDROME

采用Ｓｐｅａｒｍａｎ秩次相关法分析了１５例骨髓增生异常综合征（ＭＤＳ）的骨髓细胞中Ｃ－ｍｙｃ基因表达水平与诸临床特征间的相互关系。结果表明，Ｃ－ｍｙｃ－ｍＲＮＡ水平与ＭＤＳ患者的无白血病转化生存时间呈负相关（Ｐ＜０．０１），但与外周血白细胞、血小板数及血红蛋白含量无显著相关。同时对Ｃ－ｍｙｃ表达与骨髓幼稚前体细胞异常定位（ＡＬＩＰ）的关系进行了初步探讨。

We investigated the relationship between the levels of Cmyc gene expression in bone marrow cells obtained frorn 15 cases of patients with myelodysplastic syndrome(MDS) and its clinical fea-tures using spearrnan rank correlation analysis. The results showed that the levels of CmycmRNA wasnegatively correlated with leukemic transformationfree survival in patients with MDS(P<0. 01), whilethe relationship with neutrophil count , platelet count , and hernoglobulin levei was not conspicuons. Therelationship between the levels of C-myc-mRNA and abnormal localization of immature precursors(ALIP) was discussed.
