摘要
培养肝细胞在体外用高速枪弹压力波致伤,观察压力波对肝细胞白蛋白mRNA的影响。结果发现伤后肝细胞白蛋白mRNA及白蛋白含量下降,脂质过氧化物升高,上清液中谷丙转氨酶水平增高上述改变的幅度与所受压力大小有关,压力大者对细胞损伤更明显。压力波引起细胞损伤的机制可能与它对细胞的直接破损作用及引发自由基反应等有关。
The purpose of the study was to observe the effect of pressure through the vitro experi- mental model on the expression of albumin mRNA of the cultured hepatic cells(HCs). The results showed that the wounded HCs had decreased albumin mRNA and albumin level, but the LPO level and super natant ALT activities increased. The higher the energies absorbes by the HCs, the severer the injury of the HCs. The wounding mechanism of the pressure waves of HVP is supposed to be related to its direct destructive effects on cells as well as the induction of free radical reaction.
