摘要
用微量硫酸链霉素(SM)灌注豚鼠半规管。结果显示,经半规管向前庭外淋巴系统注入适当剂量的SM可以选择性破坏外周前庭感受器而不影响耳蜗功能。
By using electrophysiologic recording technique and histopathologic method, we observedthe effects of streptomycin(SM)applied to perilymph space of semi- circular canal on the auditory actionpotential N1 component(APN 1) latency, threshold, induced nystagmic reaction of ice water caloric testand the changes of receptor surfaces of the inner ear in guinea pigs, The results showed that perilymphicperfusion with microdosage of SM through a fenestra of semicircular canal could destroy the peripheral receptors of vestibular organ selectively, while reserve the cochlear functions at the same time。Aprelimi-nary bases for a clinical application of SCV were presented in this paper。
