杀灭菊酯等四种不同制剂涂抹塑料窗纱后的杀虫效果观察

OBSERVATION ON THE KILLING EFFECTS OF PLASTIC WINDOWNET TREATED WITH DIFFERENT AGENTS OF FENVALERATE AND DELTAMETHRIN TO MOSQUITOES AND HOUSE FLY

本文观察了杀灭菊酯（８０ｍｇ／ｍ￣２）、溴氰菊酯（８ｍｇ／ｍ￣２）乳剂及杀灭菊酯毒胶Ⅰ、Ⅱ涂抹塑料窗纱后对白纹伊蚊、致倦库蚊和家蝇的毒效。结果表明四种制剂都有较好的杀虫效果。对白纹伊蚊的ＫＴ＿（５０）为８．１～１５．２ｍｉｎ，２４ｈ死亡率为１００％；对致倦库蚊的ＫＴ＿（５０）为１０～１６．２ｍｉｎ，２４ｈ死亡率为８５～９２％；对家蝇的ＫＴ＿（５０）为９．５～１０．０ｍｉｎ，２４ｈ死亡率为８０～８５％。持效一年以上。四种制剂相比，看出杀灭菊酯毒胶Ⅱ杀虫效果最好（Ｐ＜０．０５）。毒胶Ⅱ不同浓度胶体比较，无显著差异。

he killing effects of plastic windownets treated with 8mg/m￣2 Deltame-thrin,80mg/m￣1 Fen valerate and 2 toxic gums contained same amount of Fen-valerate to mosquitoes(Aedes albopictus and Culex pipiens fatigans)and house fly(Musca domestica vicina) were reported,The results show that the killing effects of two insecticides,whether they are used singly or in admixture (glutinous),are better to 2 mosquito species and house fly.The KT_(50) were 8.1～15.2 minutes to Aedes albopictus and the 24 hours mor-talities were 100%. To Culex pipiens fatigans the KT_(50) were 10～16.2 and the mortalities were 85～92%. To Musca domestica vicina the KT_(50) were 9.5～10 min and the mortalities were 80～85%. The observation after they were heat treated showed that the effective duration was over one year.H the killing effects of four agents were compared each other,the toxic gumⅡ is better than other three agents.The resuIt of bio-trial of the toxic gum Ⅱ containing the same amount of Fenvalerate with different concen-tration (1～5%)glue to mosquitoes and flv showed that there were notsignificant difference. If the economic cost be consuIted,the 1%glue is pre-ferame.
