我国城镇居民心身健康状况的初步调查

A PRELIMINARY INVESTIGATION ON PSYCHOSOMATIC HEALTH STATE IN TOWN DWELLERS

采用自编的心身健康量表对３１８７名城镇居民的心身健康状况及其影响因素进行了调查。结果表明：（１）我国城镇居民呼吸系统、皮肤、骨骼肌肉及心血管系统问题较少，而焦虑、抑郁等问题相对较多；（２）女性心身健康状况较差；（３）华北及东北地区的心身健康问题最多，中南及西北区次之，而华东和西南地区的心身健康状况较好；（４）影响心身健康的因素与生物一心理一社会因素综合作用有关，

preliminary investigation on psychosomatic health state of 3187 towndwellers and its influencing factors using the Psychosomatic Health Scale(PSHS)drawn up by authors'own was presented in this paper. The resul-ts revealde:(1)The problems of respiratory system,Skin, musculo-skeletalsystem,and cardiovascular system were not commonly seen in city popu-lation,but anxiety and depression were often met relatively.(2)The over-all psychosomatic health level was worse in women group. (3) The problemof psychosomatic health was encountered most frequently in North and Nor-theast districts of China. The Central South and Northwest districts ap-peared less frequent, while tlie psychosomatic health state of East and Sou-thwest districts of China were more better. (4) The problems of psychoso-matic health were related to the synthetical actions of biological, psy一chological,and social factors.
