摘要
本研究以诱导人羊膜FL细胞非程序性DNA合成(UDS)为指标,对大气颗粒物提取液进行了致突变性试验。结果表明,大气颗粒物的提取液可诱发UDS反映值明显增加(P<0.01),具有较强的致突变作用。
his study was designed to detect the genetic
toxicity of atmosphericparticles in human amnion cell line FL. The results demonstrated that
theextract of atmospheric particles could induce increase of UDS significan-tly after a continuous
5-h exposure to varous concentrations of extracts,ie. they cause repair-DNA synthesis and have
mutagenic activity.
