摘要
本研究以低锌饲料喂养实验大鼠,观察了缺锌和补锌对动物血浆、肝脏、肾脏和毛中锌含量的影响;同时,测定了血球三磷酸腺苷(ATP)含量及血浆中碱性磷酸酶(AKP)、血管紧张素转化酶(ACB)和甘露糖苷酶(Mann)的活性变化,以比较评价这些生化指标对机体锌营养状况改变的灵敏性。研究结果表明,血浆锌含量,AKP活性和体外加锌法测定的Mann活性变化对动物缺锌的反应最灵敏。红细胞ATP含量和ACE活性虽然也受动物锌营养状况变化的影响,但其灵敏性不如上述三项指标。实验中未观察到毛锌含量的显著改变。
he effects of
zinc depletion and repletion on the indices for assessing zinc nutritional status were observed
in rats.The animaks were fed diets with different levels of zinc supplement following a low-zinc
diet intake for one month.The zinc content in plasma and tissues, the activity ofzinc
metalloenzymes in plasma and ATP content in red cells were deter-mined,The results indicated
that the zinc concentration in plasma,the acti-vity of alkaline pbosphatase and the stimulation of
mannosidase activity by adding zinc in vitro were responsible rapidly to zinc deficiency in
animals.The activity of angiotensin-converting enzymeand the ATP level were less sensitive
than the indices mentioned above.No significant change of zinc content in hair were detected in
present study.
