婴儿腹泻期膳食一营养止泻奶的研究

STUDY OF MIXEOD IETS,A NOURISHING FOOD FORMULA FOR THE DIETARY MANAGEMENT OF INFANT DIARRHEA

本文研制了婴儿营养止泻奶。该奶以低乳糖混合食物为特点，主要由牛奶粉、炒米粉、大豆粉及炒陈皮粉等配制而成，含有各种必须氨基酸及多种维生素及微量元素。该止泻奶用于治疗急、慢性婴儿腹泻３１例，并以普通婴儿饭及母乳作对照。结果显示，观察组在末梢血淋巴细胞总数、血清总蛋白、氦平衡及蛋白质表现消化率等指标的增进明显优于对照组，ｔ＝４．６９～１．９５，Ｐ＜０．０５～０．０１。表明本品能较好的被腹泻婴幼儿消化吸收，具有蛋白质营养价值较高，能有效的治疗和预防婴儿腹泻所致之营养不良，提高患儿免疫机能的功效，本品符合我国饮食习惯，易为患儿接受，配制方便，价廉，适于推广应用。

n order to develop a therapeutic diet to help the treatment of infantdiarrhea,According the dietary habit and constituent of infants and ourclinical experience,we researched a mixed nourishing diet,composed ofmilk,baked rice,soya bean powder,citrus reticlate etc,the lactose con-tent is low,but rich in necessary amino acids,various vitamins and traceelements.Compared with control,the blood total lynphocyte count,serumtotal protein,nitrogen balance and protein apparent digestive rate was be-tter than control significantly(P<0.05).The result showed that the thera-peutic diet can prevent infant malnutrition caused by diarrhea and shortenthe recovery period。
