人脑基底核区断面解剖学研究 被引量:6

CROSS-SECTIONAL STUDY OF THE EASAL NUCLEUS REGION IN HUMAN

摘要 用30例正常成人头颅标本(男15,女15),在平行于附耳线处制成5mm厚的连续断片。应用断面解剖学方法,在4个连续断面上对基底核及其邻近重要结构进行了观测与分析。发现基底核区大部分结构于眦耳线以上42mm断面内显示良好;尾状核和侧脑室的不对称性,大脑半球、尾状核和杏仁核的性别差异均具有统计学意义;典型相关分析证实,尾状核、豆状核、松果体与大脑半球之间,尾状核、丘脑与侧脑室之间,尾状核、豆状核与杏仁核、松果体之间,豆状核与丘脑之间存在相关关系。 adult cadavers(male 15,female 15)were used for making seiral sections(5mm thick)which run parallel with canthmeatal line,Four serial sections were used to study the basal nucleus and its relative structures,The observation shown that most structures of the basal nucleus region could be demonstrated well on the section 42 mm above the canthmeatal line,The caudate nucleus, lateral ventricle of the left side were larger than the right side;The hemisphere,caudate nucleus,amygdaloid body of the male were larger than the female;In addition,The quantitative study was made among the hemisphere,the subcortical gray masses,and the ventricles.It has been shown through the canonical correlation analysis that the correlation is between caudate nucleus,lentiform nucleus,pineal body and hemisphere;between caudate nucleus,thalamus and lateral ventrice:between lentiform nucleus and thalamus:between caudate nucleus.Lentiform nucleus,amygdaloid body,and pineal body.
