摘要
在40例(男24例,女16例)成人尸体上解剖观测了颊肌的附着部位、肌肉的大小及其血供来源.颊肌可移植面积为43×19mm.其血供以颊动脉为主.颊动脉始部外径平均0.84mm,长度平均21.00mm.为临床工作者提供了一种理想的肌粘膜瓣.
The attachment, size and blood supply of the buccinator muscle were investigated on 40 adult cadavers (24 males, 16 females). The results were as follows: The size of the buccinator muscle which could be transplanted was 43 x 19 mm. The blood supply of the buccinator muscle depended mainly on the buccal artery, its outer diameter at the origin being 0.84 mm and its length 21 mm. The purpose of our study is to develop a desirable musculomucosal flap for clinical application.
