摘要
用HRP逆行记大鼠腓总神经的胞体.结果显示运动神经元池位于脊髓L_3节段尾部至L_5节段吻部的前角后部贴近外侧缘,胞体数量为584.84±6.57,胞体直经为30.68±0.23μm胞体一级树突的数量为4.25±0.06枝、直径和为20.07±0.45μm 胞体直径与其一级树突数量、直径和、平均直径均正相关、但有径25μm以下胞体的直径与一级树突的数量不相关,与直径和和平均直径正相关.感觉神经元胞体位于L_4和L_5背根节中、胞体数量为3439.71 ±107.69.胞体直径为22.24±0.74μm.
HRP was used to retrogradedly label the somas of rat peroneal nerve. The result showed that the motoneuron pool lay in the most lateral part of the ventral horn dorsal portion from the caudal L3 to the rostral L5. The number of the labeled somas in the pool was 584.8±6.57. The diameter of the somas was 30.68±0.23 μan. The number of first-order dendrites originating from the somas was 4.25±0.06. The total diameter of all first-order dendrites of a neuron was 20.07±0.45 μm. The number, the total diameter and the mean diameter of first-order dendrites were positively correlated with the diameter of the labeled somas. The diameter of the labeled somas less than 30 μm was also correlated with the total diameter and the mean diameter of first-order dendrites, but not with the number of first-order dendrites. The somas of the sensory neuron lay in L4 and L5 dorsal root ganglions, the number and diameter of which were 3439.71 ±107.69 and 22.24±0.74 μm respectively.
