大鼠实验性胃溃疡自愈过程中颌下腺颗粒曲管细胞的形态变化

A SEMIMICROSCOPIC STUDY OF GCT CELLS IN RAT SUBMANDIBULAR GLAND DURING EXPERIMENTAL GASTRIC ULCER

用半薄切片甲苯胺蓝染色方法,观察大鼠实验性胃溃疡自愈过程中颌下腺颗粒曲管(GCT)细胞的变比,GCT细胞可分为三种类型:宽暗颗粒细胞、亮颗粒细胞和狭窄无颗粒细胞.溃疡术后4天,宽暗颗粒细胞和颗粒明显减少;术后10天.宽暗颗粒细胞和颗粒略增多;术后14～21天,宽暗颗粒细胞和颗粒均明显增多,颗粒更加粗大,含颗粒少的细胞向含颗粒多的细胞过度明显,这些变化尤以术后14天更明显;至术后28天,各项变化趋于恢复.结果表明.GCT细胞的变化与溃疡修复密切相关.此外,也表明半薄切片甲苯胺蓝染色是观察GCT细胞形态变化的好方法.

In 1 μm toluidine blue stained sections, three types of GCT cells can be distinguished: wide dark granular cells, light granular cells and narrow agranular cells. On the 4th day after the operation inducing ulcer, the numbers of the wide dark granular cells and the granules decreased. On the 10th day, they slightly increased. From the 14th to 21st day, they increased remarkably, and the transition was obvious from the poorly granulated cells to the richly granulated cells. On the 28th day. the above changes were close to normal. The results show that GCT cells play a positive regulating role in the ulcer healing process.
