摘要
为探讨月经周期中机体自然免疫状念的变动规律、对60例健康妇女月经周期各时相外周血LGL细胞数量作了动态观察,发现月经期LGL细胞百分率及绝对值较月经前升高,月经后恢复原水平.提示机体自然杀伤免疫能力在月经周期中呈周期性变动.
Peripheral blood large granular lymphocytes were measured in 60 healthy subjects during the various phases of the menstrual cycle. The numbci of large granular lymphocytes increased significantly during the menstrual period, and returned to the previous levels 1 week after the end of the menstrual period. The results showed that the natural killing immune activity varied periodically during the menstrual cycle.
