摘要
选用未经产雌性SD大鼠,分别于交配前和交配后阴道内注入心得安溶液,剖宫检查并(?)(?)胚胎植入数.于交配后第7天还对大鼠子宫切片作HE染色PAS染色及观察,结果显示:实验组胚胎植入数明显少于对照组,差异显著.实验组子宫内膜无明显蜕膜反应.表明心得安有明显的抗植入作用.可作为一种高度事后避孕药进行应用性开发研究.
Nonpregnant S. D rats were given intravaginal solutions before and after copulation respectivelly, and the embryos of implantation were numbered. The result showed that the number of implantations in the treated group was significantly decreased (P<0.01). Histological and chemihistological examination of the rat uteri 7 days after copulation showed that there was no ob-vious decidual response in the treated group. This suggests that propranolol could interfere with the process of implantation in S.D rats.
