摘要
应用5＇-核苷酸酶-碱性磷酸酶(5＇-Nase-ALPase)双重染色法观察了家兔、豚鼠和Wistar大鼠多个器官的淋巴管和血管.在光镜下见到淋巴管壁呈5＇-Nase阳性反应,显示褐色;而血管壁呈ALPase阳性反应。
The lymphatic and blood vessels of some organs have been observed by using 5' -nucleotidase-alkaline phosphatase (5'-Nase-ALPase) double staining method in rabbit, guinea pig and Wistar rat. Under light microscope the wall of lymphatic vessels shows strong 5'-Nase positive reaction with brown staining, while the wall of blood vellels shows significant ALPase positive reaction with blue staining.
