低甲大鼠肾近端小管细胞膜性结构的改变-体视学分析

摘要 应用体视学方法对过氯酸钠诱寻的低甲状腺激素状态的大鼠肾近端小管细胞膜性结构进行了分析.结果表明,低甲时刷状缘体积、微绒毛表面积.吞饮小泡及溶酶体体积明显减少.为低甲时近端小管重吸收功能下降提供了可靠的定量形态学依据. The structure of cellular membrane of renal proximal tubule with hypothyroidism in rats was investigated by light and electron microscopy and stereological methods. The results showed that the volumes of the brush border of the proximal tubule, the pinocytotic vesicles and the lysosomes, and the surface area of the microvilli decreased significantly, which provides the evidence for the im-paired reabsorption of the proximal tubules.
