摘要
生物瓣材料表面人工形成单层内皮细胞可望成为生物瓣防钙化并延长其使用寿命的最有前途的方法之一,解除戊二醛的毒性作用是种植细胞在生物瓣表面存活的前提.用L-谷氨酸处理戊二醛固定保存6个月以上的牛心包材料,成功地接种了培养的血管内皮细胞,使生物瓣内皮细胞种植的进一步研究成为可能.
The durabiliy of bioprosthetic heart valves is limited by the calcification of the valvular tissue. Our study on the endotelialization will most probably provide a promising solution to the problem. A prerequisite for endothelial cell lining is the quenching of the aldehydes released from glutaraldehyde - fixed materials. Our study indicates that the toxic effects of aldehydes from the pericardium fixed and preserved for over 6 months on bovine aortic endothelial cells are significantly reduced by L-glutamic acid treatment.
